이 사업은 전월세 입주자가 원하는 지역의 주택을 물색하면 서울시가 보증금의 일부를 지원하여 주거비 부담을 덜어주는 공공임대주택 제도입니다. 지원 기간은 2년 단위 재계약으로 최대 10년까지 가능합니다. / This program is a public rental housing initiative where Seoul City supports a portion of the rent deposit for tenants seeking housing in their desired area, alleviating the burden of housing costs. 지원 대상과 조건 / Eligibility and Conditions

지원 대상자는 모집 공고일 기준 서울시에 주민등록이 등재된 무주택 세대 구성원으로, 전년도 도시근로자 월평균 소득액 100% 이하(특별공급은 120% 이하)인 가구입니다. / Eligible applicants must be non-homeowning household members registered as residents in Seoul as of the recruitment announcement date, with a household income at or below 100% of the previous year’s average monthly income for urban workers (120% for special supply).

또한, 보유 부동산 가액이 2억 1,550만 원 이하, 자동차 현재가치가 3,708만 원 이하여야 합니다. 신혼부부 특별공급은 혼인 기간 7년 이내인 가구를 대상으로 하며, 최대 6천만 원까지 지원받을 수 있습니다. / Additionally, the total value of owned real estate must be 215.5 million won or less, and the current value of owned vehicles must be 37.08 million won or less. 신청은 온라인 접수로만 진행되며, 서울주택도시공사(SH공사) 누리집에서 가능합니다. 2025년 5월 1일부터 5월 7일까지 7일간 접수가 진행될 예정입니다. / Applications are accepted online only through the Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation (SH Corporation) website. The application period is scheduled for 7 days, from May 1 to May 7, 2025.

 

신청 절차는 다음과 같습니다: / The application process is as follows:

 

1. **주택 물색**: 지원자가 원하는 지역의 전월세 주택(순수 전세주택 또는 보증부월세주택)을 미리 물색합니다. / 1. **House Hunting**: Applicants should first find a rental property (pure jeonse or deposit-based monthly rent housing) in their desired area.

 

2. **온라인 신청**: SH공사 누리집에 접속해 ‘보증금지원형 장기안심주택’ 신청 메뉴에서 필요 서류를 제출합니다. 필요 서류는 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서, 소득 증빙 서류 등이 포함됩니다. / 2. **Online Application**: Access the SH Corporation website and submit the required documents through the ‘Long-Term Secure Housing with Deposit Support’ application menu. Required documents include a resident registration copy, family relationship certificate, and income verification documents.

 

3. **심사 및 발표**: 신청 접수 후 소득 및 자격 심사를 거쳐, 2025년 7월 10일 입주 대상자를 발표합니다. / 3. **Review and Announcement**: After application submission, income and eligibility reviews will be conducted, with the selected applicants announced on July 10, 2025.

다만, 신청 관련 상담이나 문의가 필요한 경우, 서울시 용산구 백범로99길 40, 용산베르디움프렌즈 102동 2층에 위치한 청년안심주택 종합지원센터를 방문하거나, SH공사 콜센터(☎1600-3456)로 연락하면 됩니다. 상담 시간은 평일 오전 9시 30분부터 오후 3시 30분까지(점심시간 12시~13시 제외)입니다. / However, for application-related consultations or inquiries, you can visit the Comprehensive Support Center for Secure Youth Housing located at 40 Baekbeom-ro 99-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in Building 102, 2nd Floor of Yongsan Verdium Friends, or contact the SH Corporation call center (☎1600-3456). 추가 혜택과 유의사항 / Additional Benefits and Notes

올해부터 1~2인 가구의 소득 기준이 완화되어 더 많은 청년과 소규모 가구가 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다. 또한, 주택도시보증공사(HUG)의 ‘버팀목 대출’ 조건을 충족하면 전월세 보증금에 대한 추가 대출도 가능합니다. 단, 버팀목 대출 신청 시 ‘서울시 보증금지원형 장기안심주택 지원’을 받는다고 대출 기관에 반드시 알려야 합니다. / Starting this year, income criteria for 1-2 person households have been relaxed, allowing more young people and small households to benefit. Additionally, those meeting the conditions for the ‘Bertimok Loan’ from the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) can access further loans for their rent deposit. However, when applying for the Bertimok Loan, you must inform the lending institution that you are receiving support from Seoul City’s Long-Term Secure Housing program.

신청자는 서울시의 다른 임차보증금 이자 지원 사업과 중복 신청이 불가능하니, 기존에 유사한 지원을 받고 있다면 신청 자격을 다시 확인해야 합니다. / Applicants cannot apply for other Seoul City rent deposit interest support programs simultaneously, so those already receiving similar support should recheck their eligibility.
